This casino resort, formerly known as Harrah's Rincon, is part of the Caesars Total Rewards family. Serving as a destination resort, this bustling hotel and casino is 10.7 miles from Hellhole Canyon Preserve and 19 miles from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Harrah’s Resort Southern California will reopen its casino and various other areas of the resort on May 22. New cleaning and sanitation protocols have and will continue to be implemented in response to COVID-19.

“The health of our guests, employees and surrounding community remains to be our top priority,” said Bo Mazzetti, Rincon Tribal chairman. “It is due to this commitment to our patrons and staff that we are pleased to reopen the doors of our gaming facility. We have implemented robust reopening guidelines from the National Indian Gaming Commission and Ceasars Entertainment, that include strong sanitization protocols, social distancing procedures and limiting the capacity of the guests allowed at a time in the casino. While the new normal may look a little different, we are very thankful to all who have assisted us in our reopening efforts.”
Some of the new procedures include: face mask requirements of all guests; temperature checks prior to entering the building; staff members to wear personal protective equipment and receive temperature checks at beginning of shifts; social distancing enforced by security personnel; hand sanitizing stations throughout; limited food and beverage offerings; slot machines arranged to allow for social distancing; and table games with max of three players.

The Hotel, Dive (the outdoor pool area), The Spa at Harrah’s, the buffet, the fitness center, valet, the poker room, Laurel Lounge and shuttle services will remain closed until further notice.
