Book a private round of poker for you and your friends, with a professional dealer at your own table directly on the Potsdamer Platz poker floor. A maximum of ten players can participate in these so-called 'Sit & Go' tournament-style events. You can choose between Classic and Premium Sit & Go events. Part of Spielbank Berlin Casino The current Pokerfloor here opened in late 2007 or early 2008 with 8 tables. Tournaments and cash games are offered daily. For high buy-in games, go for the Triple A Series of tournaments.

The most famous casino in Berlin is located at Potsdamer Platz. This casino was opened in the year 2000 and has been in the top of the most successful casino’s in Germany ever since. The Spielbank Potsdamer Platz has three different floors and many different opportunities for anybody who likes to gamble. You can choose to play roulette, blackjack, poker and there are many different slot-machines as well. The entrance-fee at this casino is 2,50€ (wardrobe inclusive). If you want to visit an impressive casino, be sure to visit the Spielbank Potsdamer Platz.
Casino Berlin – TV-Tower
A second casino in Berlin which is worth a visit, is the casino located directly under the Fernsehturm. This casino is a bit smaller than the Spielbank at Potsdamer Platz but the atmosphere is nice and they offer the same kind of machines and games. This casino has two floors and the upper floor is mainly for playing at the tables (blackjack, poker, roulette). Downstairs you can find all sorts of slot-machines. The entrance is just 1€ and this casino offers cool theme-nights once in a while too. In the winter-months you can easily combine a visit to this place with the Christmas-markets at Alexanderplatz.
Smaller Casino’s
Besides the two larger casino’s above, you can also decide to visit one of the many smaller casino’s in Berlin. In Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Neukölln you can find many small private casino’s. Some of them look a bit shabby but others are actually pretty cool. Often you will get free drinks if you gamble enough and the entrance is for free most of the time. As you can read above, Berlin has a lot to offer for tourists who like to gamble once in a while. You have the possibility to visit some of the smaller casino’s around the corner of your hotel or you can decide to combine the bigger casino’s at Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz with a nice day of touristic attractions. Make sure you do not spend too much time in there, there are lots of other cool things to do in Berlin after all.
